For a limited time, Rock Band™ Special Edition Bundle for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system is available for a MSRP of $99.99 at participating retailers. Rock Band instrument controllers for PlayStation 2 system are compatible with the PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system.
The Rock Band Special Edition Bundle for the PlayStation 2 system features a wireless Fender® Stratocaster® guitar controller, electronic drum kit, real drum sticks, microphone, USB hub and Rock Band software.
In addition, Rock Band Track Pack™ Volume 1 for the PlayStation 2 and Nintendo Wii™ system will be available on July 15, 2008, for a MSRP of $29.99. Not a bad deal if you have the game already for the PS3 and are looking for new drums and a wireless Fender too - now that’s a bargain!! And don’t forget the Track Pack which makes up for the lack of DLC you’ve guys on the PS2 and Wii have gotten. Man, those guys at Harmonix really have a heart!
