Get the feeling Activision has been releasing so much DLC lately that they’re trying to get in the groove for when World Tour is released? Well, in honor of Independence Day, Guitar Hero 3 will be receiving another free track to add to its library, and fans of 80’s movies will know this one quite well.
According to an article on Shacknews, The “Top Gun Anthem” is set to hit both the Xbox LIVE Marketplace and Sony PSN store this coming Thursday, July 3rd, again, for free! Keep in mind, this is an instrumental track, and NOT the infamous Kenny Loggins track, “Danger Zone”.
So for all you “Mavericks” out there, grab your “Iceman” and flex like you’re looking at your watch while playing volleyball before rocking out! Check below for a preview of the track.
