After perusing the local retailer ads Sunday morning, I figured it’d be a good idea to notify our readers about a few deals going on this week in conjunction with Sunday’s release of Guitar Hero: Aerosmith.

These deals will end this coming Saturday, July 5th, so get there before the freebies are gone!

Circuit City - Shoppers will receive a free guitar strap for their controller with purchase of any GH:A bundle or game, while supplies last.

Target - Shoppers are entitled to a free copy of Aerosmith’s “Greatest Hits” CD with the purchase of any GH:A bundle or game, while supplies last.

Best Buy - Similar to Target, shoppers can receive a free copy of Aerosmith’s “Greatest Hits” CD with the purchase of any GH:A bundle or game.  In addition, Xbox 360 owners can get $10 off their purchase if they pick up a 1600 MS points card with a purchase of the GH:A bundle or game.  Both while supplies last.

Wal-Mart - not really a deal, just something I noticed while at one of their stores Sunday night.  Maybe it was just the particular store I was at, but they had the Wii version priced at $59.74, which is $10 more than every other retailer.
