This weekend’s Play.com event may have unveiled the PAL version of Rock Band and some exclusive songs for Euro rockers. ButtonBandits was able to hijack the list of tracks available, which includes songs in French, German and English.
I’m glad they’re giving the Europeans something to look forward to - since they’re all pissed at having to wait so long for the Rock Band release, however I hope these songs are not really excluded from the US. Several of the songs on the list were also found in the leaked DLC list and I will not be happy if I don’t get to finally download Muse’s “Hysteria”. Read on for the full list.
- Blur — Beetlebum (English)
- Oasis — Rock ‘n’ Roll Star (Englsih)
- Tokio Hotel — Through the Monsoon (English)
- Muse — Hysteria (English)
- Les Wampas — Manu Chao (French)
- Indochine — L’Aventurier (French)
- Playmo — New Wave (French)
- Die Toten Hosen – Hier Kommt Alex (German)
- Juli – Perfekte Welle (German)
- H-Block X — Countdown to Insanity (German)
But, as I said, I am definitely happy something seems to be in the works for those folks across the pond.

And these 9 songs are why us europeans had to wait approximately 6 months for the game ( that we now know will cost us double what it cost in the states). Ever felt hard done by? It sure doesnt seem worth the wait and the almost $400 price tag.
